Looking back: Alonso and Hungary GP

Hungary GP in 2003 saw the graph of Fernando Alonso rising. Hungary GP in 2007 saw the graph of Fernando Alonso stalling (?).

In 2003, a young Spainard Alonso the youngest winner ever of a grand prix in his Renault. After announcing himself in this race in Formula 1 circus, Alonso went on to win 2 WDC in 2005 and 2006 thrashing the dominance of Michael Schumacher.

In 2007, Hungary GP relations betwen Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton at McLaren went into meltdown and after that he couldn’t get a car in which he can challenge for top honours.

I personally feel that Fernando Alonso is most talented driver in the grid today but he doesn’t have a right car.

Can Hungary GP of 2009 again change his fortunes?
